Quality and Safeguards Commission

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission was established in July 2018 to regulate service providers like Kind Fox and to protect persons with disabilities.

As a provider we do our best to ensure we are meeting the requirements of the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards as outlined by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

The Quality and Safeguards commission is responsible for protecting persons with disabilities by ensuring providers are following the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards, ensuring that NDIS Workers have completed an NDIS screening check and to create a safe avenue for NDIS participants to provide complaints and feedback about Service Providers operating within the NDIS.

What the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission does not do:

  • Handle funding approval requests.
  • Participant Plan developments.
  • Investigating financial fraud within the NDIS.

The above are in the domain of the NDIA and are investigated accordingly.
