Person Centred Supports
- Supports and services that uphold the legal and human rights of NDIS Participants whilst still enabling them to make informed choices and maintain independent control.

Individual Values and Beliefs
- The expectation that a provider will support an NDIS participant in practicing their culture and maintaining their values and beliefs while delivering supports.

Privacy and Dignity
- Supports and services provided to an NDIS participant must respect their dignity and right to privacy.

Independence and Informed Choice
- Providers must support a participant's autonomy. Participants have the right to make their own decisions and dignity of risk.

Freedom from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination
- Supports and Services delivered to NDIS participants must be free from all of the above.
