Rights and Safeguarding

In 2018 the Australia government established the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

This commission was established to regulate service providers and to protect people with disability.

Below are some sections to help NDIS participants understand how the commission works and some of the obligations that service providers like Kind Fox have to our participants.
