Ad-Hoc Service Agreement

I Understand that:

Bookings are time-based (e.g. hourly), and not all tasks may be completed within the scheduled time.

Kind Fox has minimum 2 hour booking times to ensure we provide our staff with adequate shifts and remuneration.

Staff may need to leave at the scheduled end time to attend to their other bookings.

* If your job is larger, we recommend booking in more time or multiple sessions to ensure everything can be completed.

Kind Fox support services focus on general support work, household tasks and maintenance, and more specialised work may require a licensed professional.

For NDIS Participants, Kind fox follows the NDIS Guidelines and may (or may not) charge for travel and KMs.

Kind Fox is unable to provide services for NDIA-Managed participants as we are not currently a registered NDIS provider.

Bookings which are cancelled late (less than 48 hours) before the booking date may attract a late cancellation fee.

For Plan Managed Participants, Kind Fox may not be able to approve your booking if we are unable to confirm that funding is available with your Plan Manager.

For self-funded clients and self-managed participants, Kind Fox will require payment after the service has been completed on-site with a payment reader in person.

* We encourage customers and participants to be at the property for any services which are not paid in advance.

For Rainy Days Kind Fox may need to re-schedule outdoors work, such as Gardening. We will try to re-book at a date most convenient for you.
